Pedro Vianna started his martial arts history when he was 7 years old practicing Judo, and since then he has never stopped. At 13 he started taking self defense classes, which made him interested in ground fighting, thus leading his training to Jiu-Jitsu.

In 1991, at the age of 15, he joined The Carlson Gracie Academy with Carlson Gracie Jr. and Marcelo Alonso as his masters. In 1999 he was graduated with a brown belt.
From 97 to 99 he owned an academy called Leme Jiu-Jitsu, where he taught under Carlson Gracie Jr.

In 1999, Pedro moved to Chicago, Illinois, USA, and became the main instructor at The Carlson Gracie Jr. School. Then in the same year he practiced MMA (vale tudo) for the first time.

In 2000 he graduated with a black belt under Carlson Gracie Jr. In the following year he returned to Brazil and joined Brazilian Top Team where he taught until June of 2004. Nowadays he is living in Chicago where he is the head of Brazilian Top Team Chicago.

Pedro also gives Jiu-Jitsu private lessons, self defense classes and promotes seminars.
